Process requirements
After the decal ceramic vase is made, it is sprayed with paint on the surface, then decals are applied, and finally varnish is sprayed to protect the flowers so that they are not easy to fall off. The product is made of dolomite. The bright ceramic is fired white embryo, then glazed and sprayed with paint. The whole process needs to be baked twice. The matte surface of the ceramic vase is sprayed with matte paint, and some are sprayed with semi-gloss paint.
Kiln temperature requirements
High-temperature ceramic vases are fired with pottery, and the temperature reaches more than 800 degrees. They have a certain hardness and a crisp sound. The pattern on the high-temperature ceramic vase is hand-painted before glazing, and the color is filled in. The most obvious difference between high-temperature ceramic vases and medium and low-temperature ceramic vases is the water absorption rate. The water absorption rate of high-temperature ceramic vases is less than 0.2%. The product is easy to clean and will not absorb odors, and there will be no cracking of the glaze and local water leakage. The water absorption rate of medium and low-temperature ceramic vases is much higher than this standard.
Kiln temperatures below 1200 degrees are considered low temperatures, 1200 degrees are considered medium temperatures, and 1300 to 1350 degrees are considered high temperatures. Medium-temperature vases account for the majority of vases on the market.
The vase on the right is a medium-temperature ceramic vase. The hollow part is plated with vacuum titanium electroplating, which has good color and is not easy to fade.
